I love the Lumo but they got bought another company and I am not sure the future of the Lumo. Which saddens me because it was/is a great device!! I no longer have a contact with them either.

Hi Jodylynn, thanks for the great recommendations! I'm planning on investing in an RF device this year so this is really helpful. Ideally I want to use it under my eyes to so thinking probably the Nebulyft or the Amiro R3.
Is there any reason you seemed more hesitant to recommend the Amiro R3 for advanced aging? I think you said more for beginning signs of aging or to extend time between in office treatments. Is this the case? Thanks, Sam
Hello! Great questions, that is what Amiro is stating. Amiro is for more target issues. Do I think you will get good results with the R3? Yes! It just may take more time. Most importantly is being consistent, having patience and using SPF daily. I hope helps!

I haven't used the R1, but I do know it is 8W according to their website and them seems to be the only difference.
Jodylynn, when you do the ultrasound fat loss device, could you comment about the sound. I have one and i find its noise through my body so loud. And dont put it near bones (avoid right on the joints like elbow, knee)

Thank you as always for such thorough information! Have you done any videos/reviews for devices specifically targeting the submental area? I’m still confused about which devices can be used there/are best and safe for that area - is that area part of the neck or face or both? I've always assumed the neck but some devices seem to include it in the face treatment area. Would so appreciate your opinion and insight!
Are you talking about the area under the chin? If so, yes these are best for those areas. Just don't use it on the adams apple. Does that help?

I understand there are devices that are 'face only,' and others labeled safe for the neck. @@40MSH gotcha! Anything that says for the face is fine. You can use it under the chin and jowl area. If it says to be used on the neck, you can use it on the sides of the neck. I hope that helps! Thank you!

Hmmmm...this is a tricky question. I wouldn't go over 1 area more than what is recommended. What device are you talking about?
@@AgingNaturallywithJodylynn well it’s recommended 10min 2-3 times a week, not sure if you are familiar with it, mojia device, so 3x a week would total 30mjn so I was wondering if it makes a difference, 3 x 10min or 2 x 15min, thanks

Well, if we are talking about watts, Surebeauty is 20W which is the highest of these devices. Please note, I am not a scientist, so there may be other factors that go into being the "strongest" device. All of these devices heat to 107.6 which is where you want the temperature to be to create change.

Absolutely! The price has a lot to do with how large the component is. It is not travel friendly or easy to store.
Hi Jody, I'm new to your channel and love your videos. I'm 65 and I do have advanced aging. I seem to buy a device and just don't see any results. With that said I really need an RF device that will give me results or it's a waste of money for me. I have the Nira Pro Laser and the ZIIP. I watched your video twice still not sure which one I need. Obviously the one that most expensive is just too much!!!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Because you have the Ziip, I think the NEWA would be brilliant for you. You can get a great deal, I think they are still on sale now and you can add my discount. The thing with NEWA, is that you have to be committed. It'll work, if you are consistent. Also, you have to wear SPF daily or nothing will work. What products are you using now?

Yes! I've taken it international no problem.
Have you tried the CurrentBody RF device? You can use it anywhere on the face, around the eyes, sides of the neck (obviously not thyroid area). You have to use it for 5 minutes for each treatment area, so that would be 75 minutes for the face and neck, but you only need to use it once a week. I tend to do 2 or 3 areas at a time to cut down on the time, or I put on a You Tube video, like this one, and do my whole face. It’s £299 in the UK. Not sure if you can get it in the US. I’m really noticing a difference. I’m in my 60s. 😊

@agingnaturallywithjodylynn, With the Mother’s Day sale with Amiro, i can’t decide btw Ultherapy U1 or S1 and R3 turbo. Excited that either machine will get me the eye rf which I def want. I’m 38, starting to see signs of aging around eyes (dry, crepey with undereye concealer), conscious of 2nd chin forming, 3rd concern is wrinkles on forehead and nasoflabial lines formation over time. I just purchased Ziip Halo, and both Nira lasers but want to add RF. Currently have QURE LED mask for face & neck. Would love to get your opinion/suggestion.

Great question. I'm a skincare junkie, so I do use microcurrent as well. But you don't need to. I usually always use RF/EMS, RLT, and Microcurrent. Those are what I use consistently. I hope that helps.

You can use it underneath the chin which will help with the turkey neck. From my understanding, many have used it on the sides of the neck with great results but on their website they indicated that it wasn't tested on the neck. But could be used in the neck safely. Sorry about that..🙏❤️

I also purchased the Lumo and Venus after watching Jody’s videos and I have been using both. So far I really them. There’s always something that’s going to be newer than what we have coming out. That’s just the way the beauty business is. I think if you open the box and try it, you will like it.

I really think the important part of RF is the degrees in Celsius that it heats up to not the wattage. It's very hard to find. Ideally a device would heat up to at least 40° c. I've been looking and cannot seem to find specs for most of the big name RF devices.
Yes, the heat should go up to 107.6 to produce collagen. All of these devices do. ❤️🙏

I was surprised to find that after I bought the tripollar gold VX2, it says it only goes to 30 which is surprising because they're a pretty good brand.

The Evenskyn device is the fastest and most powerful……the Newa takes a lot of time unfortunately, the black Nebulyft RN1 I believe is also a fantastic option. I have all 3…….lol! I use the RN1 under my eyes.

You keep showing your before and afters. If the Newa is working how do we know that the others have anything to do with improvements. Its very confusing. I am finally going to buy the Zip and need to decide here. I only have moderate aging. Amiro 1 is 800 dollars with a LIMITED WARANTY is a red flag for me as most Red Light Therapy Panels have a 3 year warranty. It makes them look like they have no confidence in their devices. 800 dollars is a lot of money for most people. My neck is my problem. It looks good except in the middle on the Adams apple where none of these devices seem to be recommended. The last couple of years I have what seems to be a tube of skin getting lose.

But yes, that would have been helpful for add them here. 🤦🏼♀️For the neck, I find microcurrent and chemical peels the best thing, especially the middle of the neck. Oralift is great too. That's strange how a peel seems to firm the neck but obviously it does. Not sure if its temporary though. Thanks 4 the quick reply. I thought the microcurrent devices couldn't be used on the middle of the neck. I have considered oralift but I had surgery on my lower teeth that were loose and now have a retainer so that worries me. I am afraid it may break the retainer or loosen my teeth again. They are very fragile

Yes, chemical peels are amazing! You ask if it is temporary. Honestly, I think everything is temporary to a certain extent because we are forever aging. But will you need to do chemical peels forever? Maybe, but definitely not as often as the beginning treatments would be. I hope that helps!
