Manual swapped my LS400 in weekend! It was a straight forward with all the parts already at my disposal.
    List of parts I used
    -1uz bell housing
-excessive manufacturing 1uz to w58 adapter
    - t56 hydraulic slave
    - lines and fittings (recomended you take a look at chase bays t56 slave line kits)
    - 3sgte oem flywheel modified by excessive manufacturing to fit uz and uz starter
    - oem replacement 3sgte clutch and pressure plate
    - extended shifter to fit ls400 stock shifter location (oddesey fab offers the service make sure you measure the extension correctly )
    - custom driveshaft (can be made by a local driveshaft shop, make sure you get all the correct measurements)
    - loveless Fab ls400 clutch pedal

Cannot thank you enough, I’ve owned one ls400 and sold it quickly Bc money was short and now I’m buying a first gen tomorrow with plans of manual swapping within the next month so this could not have come at a better time. Thank you so much for making a detailed video of how to do this, someone said you had a pets lists to do when I get my hands on that I’ll be set. Appreciate the sh*t out of you and your work man.

I watched your video to see if there is an access cover to the bottom of the transmission. I see a small opening where you can see the torque converter. My problem is our car was stored for year in our garage and a squirel made a nest under the intake manifold and must have peed on the starter. It still works but makes a terrible noise from the starter bendix not having any lubrication. Do you think there is any way to get some grease to the starter bendix through that bottom access cover? I could use a flexible tool like my long flexible mirror and try to see it. Wouldn't take but a little grease on the bendix shaft. Don't want to take the intake manifold off to access the starter to put a little grease on the bendix shaft.
