Hi Dirk. It's good you had some spare screws and got the chassis finished. I had some incorrect screws in my upgrades but I also have a box of spare screws so I could finish mine too. I guess when we buy cheap parts and upgrades these things can happen. Did you know that some new metal upgrade parts have been released for the MN82 in the past few days. I've ordered a set of metal leaf springs to replace the plastic ones, and and I've also ordered a set of metal shock absorbers and metal brackets for the rear too. The metal brackets fit on the axle replacing the plastic ones that hold the leaf springs and the bottom of the shock absorbers in place. The metal shocks for the rear will also match the ones I have on the front. I did leave you the links to these parts but my comment has been taken down two times so I've sent them to you by email. Check your spam box if you don't see it 👍🏼👍🏼
Hi tgere Derek. You're completely right. I wrote the script for my review yesterday as I saw your emsail. I ordered the same parts for the rear suspension yesterday, too. I addition the car gets a new motor and metal gears. But I'm really curious if the shocks and springs make the rear axle a little bit softer. All in all it's really fun to work on this car. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend my friend.
Wow Dirk, you really do get stuck right into a project don't you?!! Looking great Sir! Every RC hobbyist should have a well stocked screw/nuts/washers stock pile in all sizes, without these spares we are totally 'screwed!' 😂 👍 👍 👍
So true James. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's because it feels like converting a display modell into a RC.🤔. And a big pro is that I'm in contact with Derek from Holly Hill RC. He gave me an extra tip. As soon as the new parts arrived, there'll be a new upgrade video.
Hi Dirk, the axle upgrades look superb but very annoying about the screws, good job you had spares! I like what you've done with the paint, can't wait to see it all finished! Cheers my friend! 🍻😎👍
Chào bạn , cảm ơn bạn đã chia sẻ video tuyệt vời, cách chỉnh sửa ốc vít cho khung xe rất hay , hấp dẫn, hữu ích , xem rất thích , một lượt like và một đăng ký nhé bạn, râtơ vui được đồng hành cùng bạn ❤👍🔔
I have been saved by the junk screw bin more than once! I never throw out hardware unless it is damaged just for cases like this. Glad you were able to keep going and get the swap done!
So true Addam. For budget reasons I also search for a complete kit bag, if I've to order screws. Much cheaper and more parts😉. Have a great weekend my friend.
Thank you Keith. You know for sure that a modeler don't gives up and searches for solutions.😉 Okay the screws aren't Tamiya 3×10 self-tappers and I's buisy for an hour, but as long it works now, I'm fine. Have a great weekend my friend.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to follow this great project so far for personal reasons. You've already come a long way with the project. It looks really good so far. I'm really looking forward to the finished vehicle. Looking forward to the next videos
The upgrades look nice and should definitely help performance! It seemed frustrating at times though with the screws that were included. The body is looking awesome!👍😊
Thanks Jeremy. And you're right the upgrad kit costs more than the car, they should keep an ey on the parts or put more into the bags.😉 Glad you like the it and have a great weekend my friend.
Hi Dirk!
Danke sehr Markus.

That's coming together nicely with your usual attention to details 👍🏻
Thanks a lot Damian. The painting's a little bit overkill, but I'm glad I had implemented it ito my customization.
