- Caitlin Clark recorded the first triple-double by a rookie in @WNBA history with 19 PTS, 13 AST and 12 REB. Aliyah Boston scored 18 PTS, 8 REB and 2 BLK, alongside a clutch 14 PTS from Kelsey Mitchell in our win over the Liberty.

I got you beat, I got to start watching Jordan in college, and got to see him destroy the Sixers live, twice. And now I get to watch CC since she was in college. Now I’ve got to get tickets to a Fever/Mystics game. Thankfully, that’s only a little over an hour and a half away. I see ppl having to travel like seven hours to see a game. Honestly, I did watch the WNBA when it premiered in ‘97. Got about 5 games in before I was like, “Nah, not for me. I’ll stick to the Sixers and Bulls[Jordan].”

I’ll admit I was worried about the lack of chemistry but a great many people assured me it takes time. So I quit worrying and just started to watch this team grow.
And grow they did. They still have a long way to go but after wins at Phoenix and against New York they are finally believing in themselves. One word describes this team.

Man, this win was huge! Specially because the Sky also had a big win against the Storm in Seattle! I personally don't believe in Atlanta, so I think the Fever will be in the playoffs. A negative note is the multiple defensive lapses that occurred during the game and I think that our bigs need to play big in order for the team to continue to grow. Sometimes Nalissa and AB play small but I say it in a healthy way because I want the whole team to do good.

Great production in this video. This is an exciting team playing exciting basketball. My favorite clip was Kelsey at 4:30 dishing the no-look pass. Everyone on the team is buying into this team approach. Sides was criticized for not allowing Caitlin more free rein initially but her emphasis on defense and team play is paying off. The cream is rising. Caitlin is not to be denied with so much other young elite talent adjusting and creating something very special. The crowd is also doing it's part, even on the road. It's electric in every game. Simply amazing what we are witnessing. Very special times. Very special people.
I agree Bill. Caitlin is like a good virus. We see all of her teammates trying to emulate her with great assists and speed. It's fun to watch players like Wallace, Mitchell, and Wheeler catch the bug.

Truly a MAJOR improvement for the WNBA, so scrambled with silly players that don't even know their nature and act as ignorant gang bullies or stupid street scum. An abomination / aberration type of player that mars the sport and spills such a detriment in front of so many young people. Hence, again, the difference that a player like CC makes to clean up the WNBA act, creating a hope for a real role model, especially for the kids and fans in general. MAJOR impact.

The only goal this season is be part of the playoff - if the Fever can achieve that that would be a hell of an accomplishment already. The WNBA is a very high level league despite what you can read over the internet mainly from uninformed and/or malicious people (your usual mysoginistic incel and the like...) By doing so if they can treat us with the same phenomenal games like the Phoenix win and this NY Liberty win that will be the icing on the cake. Personally I can't wait to see a clutch logo three pointers from CC for the win (ala Indiana 2023 game) in this league, but maybe this is too much asking at this present time.
