Every where in Zimbabwe people building nice houses and people are buying houses even if they many unemployment in Zimbabwe
Zim is getting to world standards with property development
It sure is😃
Roads are of poor standards
Land prices in Zim are now becoming extortion at its best
Very nice.. however, no foot paths or cycle tracks..
That’s true hey maybe they will see the comments and consider those
Am looking forward to see an area with foot paths
You need a drone to fully view the area.good drainages tho
Hi thanks that’s true, guess I have to invest in one 😅
Insha Allah. I will sponsor it
But why the name Arlington? A world renowned cemetery in America?
Interesting I actually ddnt know that kkk thanks for sharing but I guess in this case it is named after the area which is Arlington
In a country like Zim with a very high unemployment rate I think properties are ridiculious expensive. Who is buying these properties $100USD per sqm???? This is insane
Thank you for your comment, and yeah buying a property really requires a lot of investment. And i have also noticed that most stands start off being a bit more affordable and as they get more developed the price goes up. Most people like myself kkk are scared of buying a property before it has been developed and esp before it has all paper work ready. But i guess that is where the catch is, if you have a high risk appetite , you can buy the under developed property, wait for it to appreciate in value and maybe sell it or develop it to make a profit.
I know umm prices are too high but maybe its best to buy before lands are fully developed which is cheaper but riskier too
