Thank you so much Frieha for bringing Zara on your podcast. It was very courageous and brave of her to talk about her abortion and mental health challenges. I'm not a mother yet so I can't really relate to it but I have been through a different type of trauma so I definitely empathise with her. Sending love to both of you!
You would not be surprised to see freiha conduct such a casual and interesting interview because she has been part of our media for a long time!!! I LIKE the fact that she lets her guest speak and not interupt them !!

Zara is so strong Allah mia apko himat dy sabar dy aur ap hamesha kush rahain AMEEN 🤍🤍🤍
loved the conversation and have loved Zara since the first time i saw her speak years ago . Most actors are generally fake (sorry) but she is adorable and strong like her mother . Same abt you Freiha - no fear of how people will judge u. Sad that hypocrisy is everywhere and people are all about fake looks and fake lives . Best wishes for both of you. duas for Zara and Asad from my heart.
Zara Anti scan is a test based on probability. However, we have arthrocentesis, which is 100% DNA test. I have lost a son as he had Downs Syndrome. However, i am blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. I have all the rehmat in my house right now. I wish you lots of amazing times ahead. You will have beautiful babies going forward.
Nimaaz is just ' one 'of the ways to remember and to connect with ALLAH there many other ways to connect with your creator right from admiring nature, doing an act of kindness to creators creation or just thinking about your creator in your heart and having a conversation.
Love the way Zara speaks.
Emotional 😪
Awesome conversation ❤️
Loved the episode ❤️
More power to Zara and all the mothers or women strughling with their life in anyway
Ive met Zara a couple of times, she’s so humble and sweet. So much love and respect for you, Zara. Wish you the best for this life and the hereafter. ♥️
I've gone through the same experience, what I miss is counseling groups or classes or anything where we can meet and talk to people who're suffering the same situations. Because no one exactly feels the pain we feel, you can't share your feeling with your family just they'll be depressed too. I am still in grief about losing my baby in 36th week with unjustified reasons although I try research as well. but I have many questions in mind. I have worked on my personality by keeping myself busy but I think I am still in depression. This interview is indeed motivating I pray for everyone to have the safest pregnancies and babies! Take care and remember me in Duas
May Allah bless you with another healthy and normal baby, AAMEEN
May Allah give zara a healthy happy prosperous baby soon ameen 🤲🏻💕

Loved the conversation. Zahra is a super woman and so authentic and real
She definitely is!!
so much love and prayers for you zara 💞
What you said about Be Kind, Zara is sooo fundamental and so missing in our world esp hospitals. It's like they are trained to tell the patients the worse case scenario so much that they forget the basis of humanity, empathy and compassion.
Such fundamental values for us yet completely whitewashed. You're right even if they know the child cannot survive, the word shd have been "Were going to do our best". Very poor bedside manners to say such a thing to you.
More power to you Zara ❤️
I can feel your pain girl. I’ve been through the same situation.Stay Strong babes. Inshallah Almighty will definitely bless you with healthy kids 😘

You are a beautiful host Fareeha. I am turning 30. I felt so inspired that you said keep your core strong and live fully.
All the best Zara
Zara is so polite
Always have liked your style
And the way she called out our medical system. I think every woman, during labor somehow goes through the same trauma, no matter if they deliver a healthy child.
May Allah bless her again soon
Zara Noor Abbas my girl Masha Allah.

Zara, thank God you aren't anorexic looking like 90% of your contemporaries .You glow and look amazing💖. Loved you in Ahde wafa 💟 and you're rocking it as Badshah Begum 💜

Marriage is risky even if you live with each other and love marriages fail. People change and outgrow ifatuations. You need patience and mental maturity also to survive. Good program agree we are told as women especially don't question respect is associated with obedience. Religion in Pakistan is cultural and mullah parasti that's why so many problems especially for women and gender inequality. Zara you are young IA, Allah will grant you with something better you have a good soul keep faith alive good things wil happen. Ameen
ALLAH pak zara noor ko sabar den ameen
Pregnant women should always be accompanied by a responsible adult for all checkups!! It is the Dr’s responsibility to hand out instructions to all women.
Here in USA even 52 years ago women were given a small booklet about the process of childbirth and when to call the dr in emergency with telephone #’s.
You should make the government aware of this and make it a law to hand out booklets for every pregnant woman!
And insist on all dr’s to have better bedside manners!!’
I have lechorrea problem since my childhood when I visited to a gynaecologist she said to my ammi iska koi boyfriend to nahi hai. 90% doctors are cruel
Zara is a beautiful soul …
She should be sitting where frieha is sitting felt like can’t see her full face and please invite mahira in your podcast 💕
Host is trying to be more prominent than guest. That's not nice
Zara is love
Sab kuch apni jaga I wish Frieda had a hairband all her bangs are right getting into her eyes
I am extremely sorry for your loss.
It is the worst one can go through.
Just a clarification, That paper is called , consent to treat.
Its a medicolegal thing. It has to be signed by patient and guardian.
It is not something for physicians to get the responsibility off, of their shoulders.
Your soul is bright try to polish more n more one day you will get it.the life here after is more important Zara think how we can save our selves akhirat ka mamla is not that easy.n yes,,,,,,,, tough time always teach us.
