I say to anyone who has the heart and the physical ability, you come train at my gym for three months, you know run from anyone, you just have to come to Dublin Ireland, but they are many places in the states where you can get quality training in Taekwondo Golden Glove boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or my personal favorite that I have trained in for many years Muay Thai kickboxing.
