diesel fuel injector की एक common problem | case study on fuel system diesel |

car me starting problem tha ,maine jab check kiya mujhe fuel pressure low mila but no fault code found (approx fuel pressure 70bar) .car long cranking k baad v start nehi ho raha tha. then maine fuel injector ka back leak test kiya or 2 no. injector se itna zada diesel back mila k mujhe special CRDI test kit lagane ki zarurat nehi laga.starting to end complete field experience aap ki sath share kiya ...mear intension sirf educational purpose hai. iss video me maine jo knowledge share kiya agar aap ko aacha lage then all creadits gose to my teacher/trainer but if here is anything wrong in this video then i'm only responsible for that .aasa kartu hu aap ko video pasand aaye .

Helpful and informative video. The problem and it's diagnosis is presented well. I have certain queries regarding diesel engine. Hope you don't mind. (a) In a turbo charged diesel engine, where is the supply line from PCV connected, between air filter and turbo or between turbo and intake manifold? (b) Do the back side of intake valves and tip of fuel injectors get gunked up with carbon residues as it happens in a GDi engine? (c) Do the engine oil of Diesel engine gets diluted by unburnt fuel as it happens in a GDi engine? (d) How many kilometres do fuel injectors of car diesel engine lasts before it needs replacement? Sorry for asking too many questions.

RPM b ok h.baki kal dekhte.jo b update hoga main aap ko comments m zaroor btaunga. halanki is se phle b ek gadi isi condition m mere pass se ok ho kr ja chuki h.us ka rail pressure sensor faulty tha.us mai b fuse b faulty tha.or injector b faulty the.one by one tino item ok krne k baad gadi ok ho gyi thi.
