The defender hasn’t firmly planted his feet so he was blocking the shot, so defender’s foul. If his feet were planted the shooter is charging and its the shooter’s foul.
@@alex4k486 did you watch the game? I heard it counted as a basket with Delano shooting a free throw. The coach flipped out and got a tech and it shifted the momentum of the game.

@@solomonhabtemicheal2197 They were talking about basketball. Uruguay finished 3rd two times in the Olympics both in 1952 and 1956. Canada won 1 medal and they placed 2nd in 1936.
