Maddy i hope you have read all do's and don't's with halim seeds. The best way to have them is with fat that is ghee or milk. You can make ladoos with them or simply have few seeds with milk at night. Since you are not a fan of milk i would suggest makes laddoos with it. ❤️
Do not have haleem seeds directly or just soaked in water, if you just soak it it will form a very slimy consistency instead grind them and boil that with little milk or water and jaggery.
