Radical European Masters 5.7.14 Hungaroring Race2 James Littlejohn Tony Wells onboard by ShuntMonkey

The Radical European Masters from Hungaroring , 6th July 2014, Race 2, Nielsen Racing Radical SR8 with James Littlejohn and then Tony Wells driving.
After the disappointment of not finishing Race 1 the day before (elsewhere on this channel) and quite a few hours repairing it, came back on the Sunday morning with 3rd place on the grid for the 55 minute long race (1 tank of fuel basically).
These are the races in Europe for the radical brand race cars, longer races than in the UK and usually very well supported with teams and drivers from across the continent.
Pit stop races with driver changes at the stop, to a mandatory stop time so could be sitting still a few seconds before releasing if all goes to plan.
James drove the first stint and Tony the run to the chequered flag.
This is an SR8 but it was a mixed grid of SR8s and SR3s, the 8s being much faster on the straight with over 400hp to the Sr3s mid 200s.
