I wouldn’t recommend the color black for cross hair. It’s the color that shows and blends the most on the map. White or cyan is best and if you struggle with those, having outlines on will help
honestly i can run any bright color as long as i turn the saturation up in my screens display settings, increasts the color contrast w/o it hurting my eyes
Using the crosshair from a really good player or a VCT Champions like shown in the video can be good for a base line crosshair but at the end of the day, it always comes down to personal preference, don't feel pressured to use that crosshair because X player uses it, use the one you are more comfortable with. *Most pro players use the same crosshair and same configs since they started playing.*
This is exacly what I was thinking For example, I am good at aiming in team fortress 2 but not in valorant, so what did I do? I went full funny mode and now I use the team fortress 2 crosshair and it actually is working, I tricked my brain to aim like in tf2 in valorant XD

If you always 2nd top frag in gold, then you are improving and you don't need help, because that is going to catapult you forward with RR and mitigate your losses immensely. It's is strictly an issue of recieving information. You are getting information slower than everyone else. I promise you that if you get a 144hz monitor, if you are actually Gold 2, then you will be Plat 3/Diamond 1 in like 2 days. You are literally playing a modern game in the past. It's like trying to play baseball with a stick instead of a bat. Yeah, it's possible.. but everyone else is still going to hit better than you even if they're worse at the game. The day you stop playing on 40fps, you're going to think "Yeah. I was trolling."
Three main types of crosshair - Loose Tight Dynamic Go for tight if you play with highly inaccurate guns such as the frenzy. For guns that are highly accurate (Ghost or better) a looser crosshair may be preferred by some people due to the fact that with highly accurate weapons you can be many pixels off from the centre of the enemy's head (depends on monitor resolution, target distance, and gun type. I play on 2k with a 4-6px offset for the Vandal). Trying to be unnecessarily precise is a common mistake, and removing that may boost some people's confidence, help shoot your targets faster, and may just overall boost comfort. It is mostly preference and there are pros and cons to each crosshair type so have fun with them, see what you like best. For long-range duels a slightly tighter crosshair is recommended and overall ADSing at long distance is good to do with most guns. Long range fights are much easier if you ADS.
kind of interesting cuz coming from csgo I've always found a larger crosshair being easier to hit headshots with. I think it's probably just cuz my eyes can't see such tiny crosshairs and makes me more innaccurate
