- Troca da capa de botões do intercomunicador Cardo Scala Rider G9 / G9X pela versão impressa pela nossa oficina. Algumas respostas rápidas:
- Esta capa é igual a original? O desenho foi feito para ser o mais próximo possível ao modelo original, sendo diferente no formato somente no botão central.
- A capa impressa resina é macia como a antiga capa? Apesar de utilizarmos uma resina flexivel, a dureza é ligeiramente maior que o silicone utilizado na capas originais, ainda assim, o funcionamento dos botões não é comprometido.
- Ela é impermeável? Sim, a água não ira passar por eles se o processo de colagem for feito de maneira correta;
- Como ela pode ser fixada? É necessário remover todo e qualquer resquício da antiga capa, use uma ferramenta ou um palito para auxilia-lo a remover as partes que possam ter ficado presas na carcaça. Limpar com alcool isopropílico após esse procedimento.
É utilizada cola de contato ( cola de contato universal tem ótimos resultados , B-7000, T-7000), aplicada em ambas as partes e seguindo as instruções da mesma. Use camadas finas, caso contrário o encaixe não vai se dar de forma adequadas!
Deixei secar o tempo indicado e então una as partes. Pressione de forma delicada a capa quando fixa-la na carcaça, para evitar que a mesma rasgue! Caso não deseje ficar segurando as partes enquanto o adesivo age, pode utilizar fita adesiva para apertar a capa contra a carcaça do comunicador.
Aguarde o tempo indicado pelo fabricante do adesivo para só então usar o seu comunicador novamente.

Replacement of the Cardo Scala Rider G9 / G9X intercom button cover with the version printed by our workshop. Some quick answers:
- Is this cover the same as the original? The design was made to be as close as possible to the original model, being different in format only in the central button.
- Is the resin printed cover soft like the old cover? Although we use a flexible resin, the hardness is slightly higher than the silicone used in the original covers, even so, the functioning of the buttons is not compromised.
- Is it waterproof? Yes, water will not pass through them if the bonding process is done correctly;
- How can it be fixed? It is necessary to remove any and all remnants of the old cover, use a tool or a toothpick to help you remove the parts that may have been stuck in the housing. Clean with isopropyl alcohol after this procedure.
Contact glue is used (universal contact glue works great, B-7000, T-7000), applied to both parts and following the instructions. Use thin layers, otherwise the fit won't fit properly!
I let it dry for the indicated time and then join the parts. Gently press the cover when attaching it to the housing to prevent it from tearing! If you don't want to hold the parts while the adhesive works, you can use adhesive tape to tighten the cover against the communicator housing.
Wait the time indicated by the sticker manufacturer before using your communicator again.
