Remember when Hasbro used to give a shit about the movies being an event? Car givaways, full-fledged tie-in comics and novels, and games like THIS. ROTB really could have used supplementary material like the old times!
I think we could all go for a new transformers game that *ISN'T* a top down rts game.
I feel like they stopped giving a damn around the time of TLK.
There was no tie-in stuff. No video games, no comics. Nothing.
They just jumped into a reboot with no sense of conclusion to the original movies.
Also, they didn't even introduced the new Megatron in the reboot series and already jumped into a Beast Wars crossover and a GIJoe Crossover.
They lost any sense of direction and pacing at this point. They just feel obliged to release new Transformers movies, even if they're just losing studio money at this point.
@@YangZhaoDragon Its not exactly Hasbro's responsibility to create tie-in media that nobody will buy. IDW dropped the movie comics after John Barber's attempts to tie up the different backstories were rendered pointless with Age of Extinction and Last Knight.
That said, they did release a Bumblebee prequel miniseries based on an earlier script, only to have the released movie drop all connections to the previous movies.
Same with games, a publisher has to be interested enough to purchase the video game licensing rights to Transformers in order to develop games. Given it appears nobody has purchased the master license for Transformers games since Activision let their license lapse, the game probably didn't do so well.
Remember that Que is responsible for lots of gadgets and inventions, that includes all of Stratosphere's stealth force... What an awesome autobot
He also made it possible for Sam to kill Starscream. An MVP even in death.

Bro stratosphere was such a bad ass character i hated that he never got anymore life in the movies and i hated how they just made him a transport in this last movie.

Ok this is how I see it,This game takes place before the IDW tie in comics because shockwave is still frozen in this game and when he thawed out,he made his appearance in the IDW comics that happen before DOTM

This game was developed by High Moon Studios (who made War For Cybertron and then released Fall of Cybertron after this). This game can be looked at as a prototype for Fall of Cybertron's design.
Unfortunately, High Moon were then sent into the COD Support Studio mines after their Deadpool game.
I didnt know this game even exist until now lol after so many years, as a kid I used to play Transformers a lot but it seems I missed this one

Man it would've been cool if we were able to play as Mixmaster in a chapter but alas we never got to. At least he got a boss fight though and a voice too
when you fight the mixmaster until his health bar is half, and your position is far from him, then he will activate cannon mode, and that's very cool

I loved this game so much. The soundtracks for the bosses and in game was so epic to hear.
Multiplayer was goated
I noticed that Megatron was never a boss character in game. And of course this is events that happened before Dark of the Moon. And it was actually cool to play as Megatron against Optimus Prime. And then leaving us as Optimus Prime to fight Shockwave.
Even cooler when you get to fight a jacked up Optimus prime.
If only Hasbro were smart and actually gave HM Studio time to fully perfect this game! (I love the game tho)

Porra, eu gosto do sentinel, mas era para o Shockwave ter sido o vilão do 3... isso de ''o decepticon assasino'' deveria ter sido muito mais explorado, e teria sido mto mais interessante... mas, fazer o que, fã de transformers vive de expectativa que nunca vai ser atendida.
