YES. The 1960 Fords gave FoMoCo a much needed boost after the dowdy '58 and '59 models. The 1960 Fords - especially the Starliner - were the beginning of an era of Fords as "hot cars."
@@pilsudski36 The 1960 Edsel was similar. If only they had put THAT out first things would have been much different!
Fun fact:Those tail lights were repurposed for the first generation Mazda Cosmo

If you don’t mind me asking; what happened to the steel panels behind the rear wheels and between the taillights?
Wonder about the 390 putting out less power than original 352 this car was so famous for???
I think that was only compared to the 352 FE version.

Not big fan of the interior. Its odd that not all of them have a passenger mirror. No chrome in-between the tail lights also no hood ordominants
The car looks lovely. I'm not really a big fan of customized vehicles. And those rims are hideous 😮
