This is an exquisite bird I noticed alot of things about them I never knew now to see them up close was very enlightening audio was great thanks as always truly amazed especially so with chick behavior also, appreciate your work Justin
Thanks so much, Chelese. Yes, they are definitely interesting birds. It's a shame I forgot to turn the mic on when the adult was feeding the chicks. The sound the youngsters were making was almost deafening! Will get back to the nest sites this spring for some new footage. Cheers!

I find them so skittish getting within 100m has been difficult.
Strange. I guess they can at times. I have no issues at this nest site. In fact, they pay me no attention whatsoever.
