charged blade is very complex but if you master it..its very fun to use.....unlike me as a world player that been playing for 5 years....i never knew you could store your phiels in the shield and sword

Tigrex one of my favs for charge blade. Alot of openings for saed's and takes good elemental dmg, not as good as diablos but good none the less

best is very subjective with monster hunter games, i've made a tier list on it though

Dual blades easily. Their speed is unmatched, berserk is super safe once you adjust to it. High damage output. Easy to learn.
