Great job per always, Fran. I have 2 points from this live:
1. To me, V. Lenore was spot on in stating that it was not beneficial to Erika to fake bring an attorney. Getting paid to do a job is not a benefit. It's your right/entitlement. The people who benefits from you doing the job is the person who paid you to do the job. If someone is harrasing me and I pay a lawyer to get that person sent to jail, I am the one who benefits because I would no longer be harassed. What was the benefit to Erika? She wasn't the one being evicted. Instead, she is the one who stood to lose more by going what she did and I don't know why anyone in their right mind would volunteer to do something so brazen. Even Sonya thought it would be crazy to do something like that, so she didn't think Nesto didn't know that Erika was not an attorney.
2. Joey's question to Erika about the items found in the home. I am not sure why Joey would expect her to answer such a question and then take offense to her response. For all she knows, Joey could be working for Nesto's team and phishing for information on her testimony at trial. In my opinion, Erika did the right thing, and I would not be quick to discredit her just yet because these are not information that should be out in the open public pre-trial! Now, if she said some ish like that on the stand, it will be a different story. Trust and believe, Wooten would not have cut her such a sweet deal if she fed him the responses she gave to Joey. Js
My little sister was just diagnosed with MS. She lives in Cary, NC, we’re trying to get her to move back home to Maryland.

2:35:35 We don’t know if Shirley has asked these questions because we don’t have Fulton Co. phone calls. We only have Cobb Co. I think Shirley was clueless. She said in a phone call, referring to the last eviction and his decision making ability, that she didn’t understand why they moved because of the bugs. She also mentioned in another phone call shortly after PCFP dropped the calls that whoever maybe Tasha had restricted comments on social media. She spoke like she had been told the what was on there. Shirley is a boomer she’s not on social media like that.
I don’t believe Shirley was clueless. Nesto was arrested twice after they were married. She also had dinner and double dates with Ericka King. Shirley also mentioned in a PCFP call with Nesto once that she “played dumb” on a call with her jeweler and/or law enforcement when she didn’t want to let on regarding what she knew. She wouldn’t even clue her daughter and close friends in on what she knew About Nesto’s situation even after the police were involved. Shirley knows more than she lets on.
I think Ericka snitched on nasty Nesto because she knew that he was going to put it all on her . I'm sure she was listening to him talking about her to Sonya. I do think she should have gotten some jail time.
And she was going to spend a long time in prison if she didn’t drop the tea tea ☕️

I’m with you. I wouldn’t be surprised if that medical condition isn’t as bad as she had the doctors state. She played the part well and she did what she needed to do to get no jail time except time serve.

Erica has been scamming like Nesto most of her life even scammed her way out of those charged. But she has too have gave Wooten the ADA something to hang Nesto with to make him take this L while smiling in court . He also got the lawyer she impersonated to yes make her statement of how that impacted her life, but also throw an olive branch to the DA office. Nesto has been playing on the phone for two years now knowing he had charges that at his age if they give him 15 to 20 years this would be a rap on his life, and it maybe more.

The caller who spoke on probation is correct. My mom was on it as we were growing up, n she kept having her time restarted for doing stupid ish. She ended up being on probation for over 20 years. Took her years to regain her right to vote n bare arms. My mom was a partier, so being on the straight n narrow was damn near impossible for her. If Erica can't find a job making decent money, she'll be doing that time. My mom went to jail 3 or 4 times for a year at a time. Took her until her 40s to get it together.

I believe that Erika was definitely part of the mastermind. She was definitely not a victim of Ernesto. They called her queen of the south for a reason. She had already been impersonating a law practice I believe prior to this situation. She also had worked in the entertainment and music industry for years as an executive, which means she was most definitely a BOSS. She was bold enough to get on a zoom and impersonate an attorney and then go file court paperwork and documents. This woman is no victim. She is no Danzel in distress and Ernesto was definitely not her boss. She’s definitely an independent thinker. I think she was the person who was good at doing paperwork. Who was good at writing up fake releases, and good at getting loans. Nesto strikes me as the type of guy who was good at womanizing, manipulating women, smiling brightly to mesmerize the desperate, insecure females that were attracted to him. He was good at getting the draws and getting in their pockets, but I don’t think he was good at writing out paperwork committing fraud on paper. Now he might’ve been good at robbing in burglarizing, but not thinking of the master plan to get the money. That was Erika. I feel like she got off and she threw him under the bus for a pedicure. Because she has a criminal mind. I’m sure she’ll most likely violate her probation. Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are other victims that will come forward and say that she has scammed them out of something in the near future.
