I had a very similar experience recently and had to return the unit to them. I have purchased other units in the past with no issues, however lately the quality sadly hasn't been there😢

So it's not surprising that I was the first person you've heard that from. Also, seriously no shade but I'm sure there are many who have never seen your channel to make a comment unfortunately. Overall, I've heard mostly good things about RPG which is why I opted to buy from them in the first place, but had a bad experience. Once bitten, twice shy. No company in any arena or business model is 100% free from making less than an acceptable product from time to time.
