    Ingredients:
    Prepare Cake:
    -Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 5 (room temperature)
    -Cream of tartar ¼ tsp
    -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
    -Almond flour 2 Cups
    -Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
    Prepare Frosting:
    -Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 5 (room temperature)
    -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup
    -Olper’s Full cream dry milk powder 1 & ½ tbs
    -Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
    -Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
    -Makhan (Butter) soft 200g
    -Badam (Almonds) flakes 1 Cup
    Directions:
    Prepare Cake:
    -In a bowl,add egg whites & beat until foamy.
    -Add cream of tartar & beat well.
    -Gradually add caster sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
    -Now add half quantity of almond flour,salt & fold with the help of spatula.
    -Add remaining almond flour & fold until well combined.
    -Transfer the batter in two 7-inch thin baking pan (greased with cooking oil & lined with butter paper),spread evenly and tap few times.
    -Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes.
    -Take out from oven & let it cool completely.
    -Carefully remove cake from baking pan & set aside.
    Prepare Frosting:
    -In a bowl,add egg yolks,caster sugar,dry milk powder,salt,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.
    -In a saucepan,add cream,heat on low flame & mix continuously.
    -Gradually add hot cream in egg yolks mixture & whisk well.
    -In a saucepan,add all prepared mixture,mix continuously & cook on low flame until thickens (6-8 minutes).
    -Transfer into a bowl,cover the surface with cling film & refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
    -In another bowl,add butter & beat well until it changes color (2-3 minutes).
    -Take out frosting mixture from fridge & mix well.
    -In butter,add frosting mixture & beat until well combined then transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
    -In frying pan,add almonds flakes and dry roast on low flame until light golden (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
    -On cake tray,apply frosting and lined with butter paper.
    -Place 1st cake layer on cake tray,spread prepared frosting on the top of that layer.
    -Place the other cake on the top of frosted cake layer,use the remaining frosting to frost the top and sides of the cake.
    -Decorate the sides and top of cake with roasted almonds flakes and press gently.
    -Refrigerate until chilled,cut into slices & serve!

    -Ab almond flour ki half quantity aur namak dal ker spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
    -Remaining almond flour dal ker ache tarhan fold ker lein.
    -Two 7-inch baking pan (greased with cooking oil and lined with butter paper) mein tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur few times tap karein.
    -Preheated oven mein 170C per 25 minute kliya bake ker lein.
    -Oven sa nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
    -Cake ko baking pan sa carefully nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
    Prepare Frosting:
    -Bowl mein anday ki zardi,bareek cheeni,dry milk powder,namak aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Saucepan mein cream dal dein aur halki ancch per garam ker lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
    -Anday ki zarda ka mixture mein thora thora ker ka garam cream shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Saucepan mein tayyar mixture ko dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
    -Bowl mein transfer ker lein aur surface ko cling film sa cover karein aur 3-4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
    -Alag bowl mein makhan dal dein aur color change hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (2-3 minutes).
    -Frosting mixture ko fridge sa nikal lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Makhan mein frosting mixture dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein phir piping bag mein transfer ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Frying pan mein badam flakes dal dein aur halki ancch per light godlen ho janay tak dry roast ker lein (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
    -Cake tray per frosting laga ker butter paper rakh dein.
    -1st cake layer ko cake tray per rakh dein aur tayyar frosting dal ker pheela lein.
    -Dosray cake ko frosted cake ka upper rakh dein aur cake ki sides aur top per remining frosting laga lein.
    -Cake ki sides aur top ko roasted almond flakes sa decorate ker lein aur gently press karein.
    -Thanda hunay tak refrigerate ker lein aur slices mein cur ker ka serve karein!
