I salute people who have nannies, like i can't have anyone at my home. Visitors yes but no nanny, we both work in shifts day and night 2 small childrenand a cat we at eat home no junk food, but we help each other when it comes to cleaning, cooking and laundry. Invest on a dishwasher, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner you are good to go.
Me too. 4 kids later 10 years later. No nanny. Love it like that.
Wow congrats,since March I have not had a nanny and we have managed this far,we both have 8-5jobs.we enjoy our space so much more not even looking forward to having one.

Iam nanny /housegirl/Aunty/House manager 😂😂❤️so proud of cos I'm able to sent my babies to school, feed them cloth them, I arrived in SA 🇿🇦from my home country Lesotho I love my country 🇱🇸2009May 03 working for born again Christians with horrible hearts bt I stayed for 5months, worked for 3more born again for a period of 3months each iwas about to go back home then boom God blessed me with this family I have been with them for 13yrs and I'm so grateful to God I'm helping them raise their kids 13,4,2yrs I have even been able to build a house for my two girls I'm not lucky bt I'm loved by my Jesus thank you Jesus.

I used to feel judged alot,but I made my peace after self reflecting and realising I actually do my best to treat them well to the best of my ability and leave the rest to God,I also understood nannies come and go,it happens.
Thank you for doing this,Iam a stay at home mom of three;7yr old and 2 under 2 and I can tell you nothing gets done.Nannys are such a good help bt if expectations are not met it is what it is

@@annahndegwa1939 I use a daycare by the time natoka home at 7 nimepika hadi supper the daycare runs upto 7 jioni ....alafu I get a mama fua to deep clean the house weekend and my son is just two years by the way mama fua nimekaa na yeye for 3 years so ata we agreed when I give birth again atakuwa anakaa na mtoto hadi jioni nikitoka job

No nanny, with a new born and a 4year old. This was a character and spiritual development journey for me!! I really needed to care for my home and children proactively.. God moved situations and my amazing nanny of 3years left..i thought i would DIED!!! look at me nooooow... Thriving! Saved my coins, bonded so well with my family, developed great sense of organisation, cooking, cleaning and decision making SKILLS.. responsibility and accountability on point!! My strength has amazed me! Nanny's will never scare me! TIPS... an extremely supportive partner, priorities, work from home, organization and GOD..also develop a strong mental attitude.. OMG I used to babysit nannys give them freedom and and do work with them bit still the could go but then my sister was so hard on them and they could stay. I finally gave up the last nanny I had I even took their kids back to school but she still left. So now I stay with my relative who I pay and now I have stayed with her for 4yrs she even gave birth and now I stay with her son too. Having a nanny who stays is just luck its not about you or them its just luck

I didn't get the whole nanny issue until i got a baby and started employing.. This last two month I've been to the ghetto and back. I had a good one from when baby was 2months to around 10months, she went to school, we still talk, from there🙆♀️ I've employed 5 in two months. I had even felt like leaving employment and going back home to just be my baby's caregiver, right now i have one that i feel is good. Don't be discouraged, youll get the one that's good for your family

Nannys in uganda are hectic too am in uganda too. But Ebola is in one district and its under lock down
Okay problem is when you are in Kenya you are not able to know which district the one you will be brought for will come from 😭

Last one went on July,have been looking for one but funny enough Wenye napata kitu inaniambia apana,I think am not ready for one.both kids are at school so I have to fix in my schedule though abit tiring but it works .
