Wow es la primera vez que me dieron ganas de correr un marathon me recordare de este video si algun dia llego hacer esta marathon gracias por compartirlo
I participated in the 2018 Half marathon, unless you train doing hours upon hours of running stadium steps you will probably still feel this challenging course
Amazing video, great job! I have ran 10 LA marathons and I am seriously considering doing the Great Wall Marathon for 2021, what tips do you have to train for it since it is mostly uphill? Also, what was your time? Sorry for being inquisitive, I am just really looking forward to it!
Wow 10 LA marathons, that's insane! I would DEFINITELY recommend signing up for 2021! They say the GWM should take your average marathon time plus half, I ran it in about 6 hours because certain areas bottleneck and I wasn't so bothered about time as enjoying the view. There's a 5km steady incline at the start and then lots of steps, so running up and down stairs would help if you have some in your building (I wish I'd even thought of it), or if you can find a training route with some incline it'll help you no end! But as you've ran marathons before, I'd say you'll be wayyyyy stronger and faster than me!
Thanks for sharing the experience
After 42km, you're still hardly sweat..... Amazing
There was a nice breeze and mist on the day which helped, but believe me I was still a sweaty mess haha!

Booked for next year, now to find some steps to train on...... or wing it as usual, decisions, decisions. 😅

Great job!!!!
It's apt that they had the funeral band to send the runners off.
Haha that and jingle bells, just to confuse us all!
Proud Half Marathon Finisher here, 2018😊thank you
Well done!! Definitely the best one I've done so far!
