My friend Harry in particular struggled so much with that module but your videos helped him overcome his challenges. That is awesome! Regarding Harry, there are so many ways he might be struggling that I cannoyt offer useful advice her. However, this year, I am offering pro bono coaching/mentoring sessions to people like students and starting professionals. Contingency and risk… I thought one method was to chart a matrix of 'likelihood' against 'severity' to give each scenario a score, perhaps 1 to 3 on a R-A-G scale. Q: does this have a name?
Yes, indeed, we do commonly plot risks onto a likelihood vs severity/impact chart - see czcams.com/video/xXV_gjtXMSk/video.html. I am not sure there is a specific name for this chart.
