Absolutely, you can swap nunea for a better atk buff, but you need to adjust dolores ultimate timing or increase her rage regen as high as possible. As long as zilitu doesn't die from suicide atk. Isolde's role in this strat is to protect liam, you could swap her with any hero you have
Because i need to maximize poison stack on the boss (3 stacks). Using liam, i always get 3 stacks when his ulti is active. Using cutter, i get 1 stack only. The other comes from 30% chance on basic attack. I didnt want to depend on "chance" / luck so i go using liam
For me, easier when i use legos (setram, arrogance, nyx / razaak) comboed with dolores + rage regen. Especially if you have hatsut, you dont need piercer lord.
No prob. I just try setram only + dolo + idril. Right side cleared using idril's ultimate and brienne. But still cant do it using nunea, i think i need better gears

I use Delores and she stinks, yes I maxed her out, even on easier boards all my dudes lose, she's no good to me.
Her role is to increase your dps attack. You need another healer such as vortex, hollow, midan to keep your hero alive
