It's beautiful. Why so much stagnant water everywhere. I think that's a major issue to be solved .
Its still a construction site hence the roads are not yet work on and by the look at the video ; it had rained of course....
Beautiful concept indeed, on that stagnant water observation- I also don't see any down pipes for taking the water off the rooftops, which is likely the cause of moulding issues, close look at painted walls and abit of cracks at some façade rooftops .
