- Anthony reacts to yet another winnable game the Lakers wound up losing, this time to a New York Knicks team that was on their fourth game in six nights.
Anthony Davis continued his stellar play, while LeBron James took a little while (maybe too long) to get going.
The Lakers got fooled into firing up threes and it hurt them in more ways than one as a result.
Anthony discusses some bad habits the Lakers have fallen back into since winning the In-Season Tournament.
Finally, to wrap things up, Anthony offered up some of what he's hearing about some tension in the locker room having to do with D'Angelo Russell's play.

We need to have a real honest discussion about Ham as the lakers head coach. Makes no adjustments, rotations are always off, & lack of timeouts when teams go on runs.
Maybe a trade DLo to Washington for Tyus Jones and Deni Avdija ,playmaking and shooting from both ,maybe another young prospect from Lakers 💡💯🇨🇦🏀👍🏾
Ok hear me out. I’m an elite-level ultramarathon racer (no 🧢). That’s 30+ miles on trails and mountains 10 months / year. I do shorter races too but I’ve never run an ultra and not finished on the podium. That said, I know a thing or two about long distances and long seasons.
I would NEVERRRRRRRR run a short distance sprint race *in the middle* of an ultramarathon, especially if points and position accrued over the season! I would GLADLY let my “competitors” take the W for the mid-season, mid-race dash and keep going at my pace, which is pretty laid back until the final miles. I never start hot and finish tired; I always peak late.
I predicted that the IST will have that same impact on the teams going for the Cup and, so far, that’s bearing out. It is no surprise to me that the Lakers and Pacers are both 📉📉📉 and I suspect we’ll see that in future years too.
It’s a cool concept but IN THE MIDDLE OF AN 82 GAME SEASON PLUS PLAYOFFS?!?! 🤯 Ain’t no way any anybody but up n comer teams go all out for this without expecting it to affect their future play in the real season.
So I’m pretty shocked if any teams with REAL championship aspirations goes hard for this baby banner, but ofc not at all surprised the Lakers did for the first one, on ego alone.
It will be really interesting to see how this plays out the rest of the season. Fatigue and micro -injuries have cumulative impact without adequate recovery time, but I’m sure LeP.E.D.’s got a plan for that. 😉

AD is playing Physical/Tough Basketball & put up 32/14/2!!! LBJ didn't play His best game but still put up a 25/11/11 Triple Double!!!
AR played Really Well & put up 20/3/7 however, Our other Role Players didn't show up!!! And, LBJ is playing too many Minutes & bcuz He's 38/39, when He gets tired He will settle for 3's & miss layups.
Let's go get LaVine to add another creator/scorer and Drummond to be Our Bac(k) Up Center!!!

D'Lo is the problem lakers fans, Rob was stupid enough to bring a guard that was clowned by the Nuggets, he was labeled unplayable LOL You can't have bad guard play in 2023 and expect to beat good teams. Look up DLO against top guards in the league, the lakers LOSE EVERY TIME!!!!!!!! AND THEY DON"T HAVE GABE NEITHER, SO NOW YOU HAVE DOUBLE TROUBLE!!!!
