Qingdao Laoshan Coastal Tourism Highway is located in Laoshan Scenic Area, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Laoshan Scenic Area is one of the first batch of national key scenic spots approved and announced by the State Council of China, an important coastal mountain scenic spot in China, and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction.
Laoshan Scenic Area consists of 9 scenic tourist areas including Jufeng, Liuqing, Taiqing, Qipanshi, Yangkou, Beijiushui, and Hualou, and 5 scenic spots including Shashakou, Wanggezhuang, Beizhai, Xiazhuang, and Xifu Town. It consists of three parts: the restoration area and the outer land and sea scenic spots.
Laoshan Mountain is the main mountain range of the Shandong Peninsula. The highest peak, Laoding, is 1,133 meters above sea level. It is the highest peak on the Chinese coastline and is known as the "No. 1 Mountain" at sea. Standing on the shore of the Yellow Sea, it is tall and majestic.

Another beautiful drive, the places along the Qingdao highway reminded of southern europe , I also love the walkway along side of the highway, its so long and the views are amazing too. I think I would love living along here in one of the homes / towns. As always the infrastructure especially roads / landscaping is awesome. On friday I showed 2 of my colleagues here in Australia your youtube. I always talk about how good it is for us to see the real china and how ppl live and the places look like. gorgeous scenery! one thing bothers me ... and not only in this video - why do people drive so fast on narrow roads? and break the rules !
In my country too a car passes me by at high speed similarly to this narrow road on the hill. I expect to see their overturn car and their dead bodies later down the road. But that never happens.

Красиво!!! Но сколько же ОЛЕНЕЙ на дороге!!!! Как так можно вести себя за рулём - великая китайская тайна. Кругом знаки, разметка, но некоторым просто по барабану. Поперек дороги - легко, по встречке - запросто, остановиться посреди дороги - без проблем. Да и пешеходы не лучше.
