If we have a really good meditation and feel 'fully calm' as you have stated, then we are beginning to experience a level of superconsciousness. As we go deeper in meditation and experience a deepening peace, calmness, divine love, and even bliss, then we are experiencing deeper levels of the superconscious. The superconscious is where true creativity is found. Expressions of this kind of creativity are distinctive from those that come from the subconscious. The superconscious is where ideas for truly great works of art, music, prose, poetry, great scientific discoveries, and deep spiritual experiences are found.

This is completely advaitha I am practicing since from December 25th this I feeling is working on we need to feel I have present in all body and we feel that is also I . I am present here and their and I am present in all. This feeing is really works I have still practicing lot of changes happen in my life now a days I am observing colours in meditation I hope with in short period definitely I will read the others mind u don't know one thing I am observing others past, future and present scenes in my third eye little bit not completely. This method is all advaithis practicing by the guidance of aadishankaracharya I am very very thankful to u because u shown practical but in advaitha we need to imagine.
