If you has this car replace timing belts ,If already did that loose them a bit , plz also adjust the valve gaps or valve lash. Try to install new piston rings, with this white smoke I don't think you could pass the MOT
I did replaced the timingbelts, but I sold the car not long after this video. I had to make sure that it would run.
