How long decryption takes? as it is showing 14.3% and status is decryption in progress from last 30 min
It depends on the total size and the used space of encrypted partition.
Please reply if i reset my laptop from bitlocker recovery key will i lose my windows too because it is original windows which came preinstalled when i purchased a laptop 😢😢😢😢
If you have a very old laptop, you will lose the key, but in newer laptops, the key is saved in somewhere in the motherboard, so when formatting the disk or even replacing the disk, the windows will be activated automatically during the installation process, but you will need an active internet connection to complete the activation.
@@ValiumMediaTech how does this process work because when i try to reset my lapi from the advanced options they say that the reset couldn't initiate or able to reset in that case what should i do to keep my original windows please suggest
@@Thespiker00 System reset would not work while the windows partition is locked.

Hi, my " Percentage Encrypted" now showing :'Unknown %'
Also it was shown the same thing in the video, which mean the encryption process is not active.
I want to reinstall windows and plug in a boot usb drive into the micro port and it sees it, but it keeps going back to the blue bitlocker screen. So if the lock in only on the hard drive , how can i get to it to reinstall windows and clear the lock?
