I used to live in Philadelphia where I was surrounded by Ross's but now I'm in Toronto Canada and not even Buffalo has a Ross. So as you can imagine I miss it so much I might have to take a trip 2 Erie Pennsylvania just to get a fix. Thanks a lot for the memory

$2.99 mascara is in the locked box for sanitary purposes. Once the packaging is open germs set in. I appreciate them locking up the beauty products. I often buy mascara from ROSS because they have awesome colors. Picked up navy & purple recently. Happy Shopping!

The Ross near me have clearances on there pictures now. I at least go to 3 Ross stores in a day and usually find something nice are on clearance. I have noticed a lot of the stores are either messy are empty but sometimes i luck up finding something i need.
