That makes sense. Interesting, that it must be done at the 18 minute mark. L’Chiam means “To Life” and is 18. It’s like we are transforming our life by restricting our ego ( preventing expansion/ fermentation) and connecting to the Light thus being free from the bondage of our fearful, worrisome thoughts that limit us.
