Easiest Swiss Meringue Buttercream Frosting!

1 C. Pasteurized eggwhites
1 2 lb bag powdered sugar
1 T. Pure vanilla extract
10 sticks softened butter (I use 8 unsalted, 2 salted)
Mix eggwhites with powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and softened butter. Mix well for another five minutes.
