Easiest Swiss Meringue Buttercream Frosting!

  • Recipe:
    1 C. Pasteurized eggwhites
    1 2 lb bag powdered sugar
    1 T. Pure vanilla extract
    10 sticks softened butter (I use 8 unsalted, 2 salted)
    Mix eggwhites with powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and softened butter. Mix well for another five minutes.

    I had no idea that you used egg whites for the frosting! No wonder the frosting on your cakes were always so light, fluffy and delicious!

    That's a great idea to put saran wrap around the mixer!
