6 crores is way too expensive for this house. You could have constructed it much better just at 2 - 3 crores including the land value. You would get lavish interiors at around Rs 3000 - 3500/ sq feet. So for 5000 sq ft area it would have costed you Rs 1.5 - 1.75 cr. I have not considered the land value.
I think they hv included furniture expensenses
