How to force any PlayStation 2 game to run in 240p/288p

You will need the following:
Ideally a 15 KHz CRT
If you have a PAL CRT that doesn't support NTSC but supports RGB SCART you may need one to get 60Hz on PlayStation 2
A FreeMCBoot Memory Card
A USB stick
