The pump is supposed to have that pin hole. Is for diaphragm to operate. Fuel is on the other side of clear diaphragm.
Can get rebuilt kit cheap

Are you from Ontario ? I had the exact same watercross sled that I sold years ago it looked the exactly the same it had a 470 engine in it and came with a 617 engine aswell lol it was a turd but went across water good
Yeah I’m from Ontario lol might be the same sled🤷🏻♂️ I bought this thing in penetanguishene a couple years ago, it has a 583 engine in it
