As far as the time of rapture, scripture said we known not the day nor hour. Pastor Chris was trying give an estimated time frame -like a timeline. He wasn't trying to give an exact time of the event. Therefore, you shouldn't be comparing his timeline remark to Celestial Prophecies.
Furthermore, pastor Chris is not a prophet. Celestial is a prophetess. Believe the one's God call to be prophets or prophetess's, and leave the speculation to others who are not.
