What is the threshold value to stop combining clusters when we group clusters using the diameter or radius of the cluster? how the low cohesion defined
At 13.00, I assume the new centroid will be at (.75, .75) because you measure the distance from (0,0) to (1.5, 1.5). Please correct me if I am wrong.
Divisive clustering with binary variables is not discussed here.. plus the distance matrix calculation for agglomeration is not discussed.. but overall a really nice tutorial with hands on.. thank you very much..

What is the difference between Logistic Regression and Random forest?
How to use mahalanobis distance on average linkage? plis help me! :)
thank you for the tutorial
You are very welcome!
Hi , why do we use Logistic Regression in python?
you haven't showed clearly were did you get point (1,1) after calculating the centroids of two points
For large data sets ...which method is preferable
