Pretty cool that they sent you a prototype even though you hated on the k19. A company that actually listens to the negativity and tries to improve it instead of hide it
While I'm a k19 enjoyer and I don't plan on upgrading to the k zero it certainly is a pretty big improvement in a lot of areas. One thing about the k zero that I wish they would bring back is the internal straps that crank the plates up high into the top of the bag, I'm rocking thicker level 4 plates with 3A soft backers because I'm crazy, and having that extra security of knowing there's absolutely no way I dump my plates is really nice for the absolutely minimal extra bulk they add. I plan on getting the warfighter if it doesn't cost extra to attach to the k19 which supposedly it is compatible, we'll see on release. I don't mind the k19 cummerbund personally but I also recognize the ways in which it works and the ways in which it definitely doesn't and I was ok with the shortcomings because at the time I didn't have side plates or enough extra gear. Now I do, and the warfighter seems like a really well executed structural cummerbund for any carrier if you need the extra loadbearing capability but again we'll find out for sure if that's true on release
Never heard of them until this video. It’s a pretty smart move on marketing/ R&D to send you one of their carriers regardless of your previous feedback. They’re definitely on my radar now, loving the content btw👍🏽
Nice review, and do you have a preference for the cummerbund flap tucking into and being velcro secured to the inside plate bag like on the Defense Mechanisms MEPC? This looks strong enough though.
much appreciated. After some range trips with my k19 i have begun to better realize its shortcomings. while not a bad carrier in some manners, its disapointing just how poor shouldering a rifle can be, and just how piss poor the cummerbund system is. please continue to review the agilite products, especially the warfighter cummerbund. and if you have genuine LBE recommendations, please enlighten me as to what they are and why. Cheers
Raine Tactical makes a gizmo to cover/regain the 2 columns of molle the Tubes take up, basically a big wire staple with the field sewn on. stupidly expensive imo for what it is, but the option is out there if somebody wants to try it
I genuinely feel that a K-Zero with a different cummerbund system from Ferro, haley strategic, or defense mechanisms would make for an awesome plate carrier many would love. Im personally waiting for the warfighter cummerbund and I'll grab a K zero with it
Perhaps it’s antiquated but I will only buy things made in America. Even though they might make stuff to the same quality I care a lot about where my money goes

Thanks for giving your honest opinion and feedback as always!

Brooo, the removable one wrap for cable management is huge

Which carriers do you feel are appreciably better in this price range? Thanks
would be very keen to hear your take on their Warfighter Cummerbund and their new Pincer placard with the admin pouch and molle to the side

I don't have a plate carrier. I might go this route.
Nice review and great/professional marketing by Agilite!!
What plate carrier do u like ?
Looking at the wtf 24 because it looks like it could accommodate cold weather layers easier..what is your opinion on this?
Sounds like a lot of improvements.
Not really a fan of Agilite's gear but man, gotta love their attitude and ability to handle criticism.
Love my K19 and soon to be Kzero haven’t got a bad product from Agilite at all thus far. Thanks for your review.
