Hi Miki, Here is an answer from one of our product managers: You must do everything in reverse order after the user has finished the toilet. - Pull up the trousers as far as possible, before placing the sling so that the leg parts of the sling are placed under the trousers and the trousers are placed in the correct position - Once the sling has been placed and you lift the user, you can continue to pull up the trousers as far as possible. Then place the pants over the buttocks and almost in place - When the user is in the wheelchair again and you have removed the sling, you must pull to the last and snap the fly on the trousers if there is one.
