jason nissen it’s still a getrag trans though. Would better to have a T-56 built for how much power he is making. I know he would have to have more on the car changed but it would avoid the lockout issues he is having.
@@carlmoore5521 i think that he did it so it would be easier to put in the car and be able to hold up to the power that he is pushing. If he had to put a T-56 in there then he would have to do alot more work than just putting a trans in, also he would have to get a new driveshaft because of the size difference. Swapping a T-56 causes so much more that you have to do to a perfectly good mustang

Hey gavin you should get the camaro tuned by kevin from KSR performance and fab. That man knows what he's doing. He tuned leroy and ruby and both those cars have performed flawlessly ever since. Trust me you wont regret having the your car tuned by him

the valve seals could be stainless even though they are stainless there are heat treatable forms of stainless 174-PH and some 400 series stainless that are magnetic used in high heat aplications

If you have the scott hasty bracket get rid of that junk, it caused all sorts of alignment issues for my set up. Just run a 100 mm idler pulley for anything smaller than a 75 mm pulley. I run a 69 mm with a six rib and have no problems

Houston tracks are open you can even come an do the private track days during the week at hmp or some times they have it on weekends it’s only an 1/8 mile but frío days you can go to Houston raceway in Baytown on street racing night...

Go to a MGW X Spec shifter, you won’t be sorry and it’ll help your shifter problems. If I remember correctly you have a Hurst shifter which reuses the stock shifter assembly. You need the MGW which is a transmission mounted shifter, which is way sturdier.
I suggest a glue sprayer out the back of the rocker panels to spray glue in front of your tires as you roll on the go

Hit up Justin white in Slidell Louisiana, his shop is called 4dhp. He tuned my ls3 and it has so much more power now and drives along better than when a previous shop tuned it.

What do you think about a coyote in 68 bronco for a 18 year old. Putting a Ford F-150 coyote in a bronco couldn’t do a mustang coyote bc the transmission won’t fit. But still a coyote!

Your car has made my opinion about engine sound. HEMI is still the best sounding American V8, but now I put Coyote hear orgasm as second over LS and any other V8. The Black Car (Satan if were still calling it that) sounds amazing
Run a radial on the street (ET street R) and it will hook keep the bias ply for the track
A lot of texas tracks are still open if you have a crazy itch for a drag night.
