In every one of these types of drama there is a female that gets so drunk that she put herself at risk of getting SA!!! Why is it that these drama keeps making these kinds of scenes! Is there t that these types of women are so foolish that they think it is smart to be drunk in this way in public. I get so irritated when I see these scenes because there are so many cases that f young women SA because of stupid decisions like these and they are too ashamed to report it and have to live with the shame while the men that did it is free to prey on other innocent women who isn’t smart enough to know that they are making a risky move by drink like that!
Coz apparently its cute when a fl / ml is drunk and the love interest comes and saves them . Its a stupid trope that i found funny when its started in kdramas 5- 6 yrs back. But its just annoying now. Basically all these characters lack in basic communication skills, so they have to drunk to confess their feelings . Its seen as this funny trope that is romantazised amongst the youth .
Korean and chinese drama in particular has a number if toxic tropes . Atleast kdramas are becoming more aware but chinese drama has a think for toxic relationships and ppwer play . This is seen as romantic rather than assualt coz the hero is goodlooking and its romantic setting. I would suggest to take these drama at face value and not to take it to seriously or else c drama aint your cup of tea .
