Does it possible to sleep on a bed (beds) while sliding walls is closed to traveling position ? and how much space is left for walk inside?

No it's not, due to state laws in most states you must be seated in a position that has safety buckles. You can not sleep on any bed while in transition.

Why a queen bed? The Tour and Ellipse 42QD both have king and this RV is a foot longer I believe.
