I love this review. Honest, beautiful and more along the lines of what I had dreamt of being having an alternative deck. I actually found a huge bird’s nest that I brought home for my altar that started my journey towards this deck. I’m very much into the strangeness and bizarre in terms of aesthetic. This deck is very Shamanic and also it embraces the shadow. This is a great deck to do shadow work and prior to sleeping to activate dreams to do soul journey. I’m a serious student of Tarot and I’m actually happy this isn’t another regurgitation of Waite or Crowley.
I love the owl. Such a beautiful depiction. I like the color palette, too. Very earthy. I really enjoy your reviews and the way you frame the different kinds of sensibilities that the deck might appeal to. You bring these decks to life in a very organic, beautiful way. Thank you. 💙🌊
I love when deck creators manage to step out of the RWS system without completely making up something new. An interesting balance going on here. This is exactly the type of deck I'm drawn to when I need a new "spark" in my tarot practice :)
I just got this yesterday. I love love love the shift in perspective with this deck. I get excited over non traditional imagery and it actually adds to my readings of the more traditional decks. I enjoy adding new keywords to my tarot journal. This deck is perfect for October (which is when I'm commenting) because it has that "lifting of the veil" quality. I absolutely agree that its reminiscent of the Faeries Oracle (my favorite oracle deck). I'm in love with this deck! Thank you for that review -- I love your description of the meandering forest trail the deck takes you on toward its answer. I love the Victorian vibe, the naturalist vibe, which includes decay and rebirth, and of course, the art. It's a deep deck, that for me at least, requires a bit more study but is well worth it. Thank you!
I'm pretty new to tarot but I came across this deck at my local shop.. I was going through rough time in my life and just needed to get something that made me happy..this deck is my favorite. Everything from the colors, animals.. expression on faces,,trees flowers everything is just beautiful. This Deck I feel like it called to me. I read this deck every day. ❤️
I agree. I enjoy this deck, too. In my initial interview it told me upfront that it would be slow going at first but over time the connection has grown quite a bit. My favorite card of this deck is the Devil and most meaningful card is the 2 of wands. Thanks for the review.

The Lovers in this deck are wrongly depicted! The guidebook says Shiva and Parvati but it's actually Krishna and possibly Radha (although his wife was Rukmini). Krishna was known to have a few wives/women about him.
Totally off topic... were you burning anything during this recording? Seeing lots of mist or light play in your room. It was a little distracting lol 😆
