Very underrated game. It was incredible in 99. A full 3d RTS action. You can run around in the battle snipe the pilot and hop into any vehicle you want.
This made me feel like a child again, glad im not the only one that thinkz this game was under rated, snipeing put enemy shipz an taling them over was the funist part of this game aswell as base building 👍

Played Battlezone and Battlezone 2 when they came out. Loved them.
I don't have the remaster, so I still play the original, but version 1.3. I only play it by myself against A.I. for relaxation. I would also like to get back to playing FE again one of these days. I would also like to replay BZ I. I also used to be in the 1.3 beta test team for a short while back in the day, circa 2002-2003. And since I was on the beta test team, I was the one who inspired the dev to expand the game results screen to have many other stats on it (I actually only wanted a couple or so stats), which is what you see here at the end of a game. I also was the one to have requested putting the time spent on the screen, so you knew how long you had been playing. These are recorded on the dev logs. This was also recorded on the beta-only forum back then, but those forums have since died over a decade ago.

i remember trying out the demo for the first game when i was a kid, i think it was in 1998?
anyways, my English was realy bad, so i didnt know what was going on.
But now i realy do wanna play this game, ill get it on steam when it gets discounted next time.
i see allot of stuff that reminds me of Machines Wired For War. That was also an RTS with FPS options.
I bought the game over steam its the remastered version. But i only have the original maps, where can i find more maps?

Hey. Is this the remake? Is A.I. any better in the remake? I remember it got too easy in quick battle on the old version.
Yes, this is the remake and enemy forces are much better however it depends on the MOD, try crazy.aip if your looking for a challenge.

Yes, this cheat provides unlimited resources to you however the computer is already at unlimited resources before starting so pretty much makes things even when enabled.

Something looks really wrong with your shadows.
Yes your right, probably have shadow detail set to low and forgot to bump it up before recording.

Yes, the mod is located via the MOD page in BZ2 however in order to access for download you have to subscribe via steam to desired mods in question before they will appear as an option to download and install.

Its a file extension however not sure what "aip" stands for at moment, will have to look that one up and get back to you.
Yes, i'd say crazy.aip is the most challenging MOD i have played at moment.
