Yeah, Trump is an aging conman but the difficult thing is that Biden plainly isn't a compelling candidate anymore, and not robust enough. Political campaigning is also a SPECTATOR SPORT, and the critical thing here isn't whom you or I would vote for - it's about the many millions of voters who are still undecided. Biden needs to take the middle field and much of the women voters, but will he be able to do that if it appears like he is only half present and can't stand his ground vs Trump?

When MC digs into the attack on women’s rights, I find myself in appreciation of his passion. MC is genuinely an ally of women. We don’t talk enough about the women’s biological processes. He will speak earnestly about the realities women face, while society has so much shame, that so many women don’t understand how their own bodies work. I love this country that I am now a citizen of. The current president does care about the people, however his power is limited because of the house representatives who are hell bent on seeking ways to try and make him fail. I was on the front lines working during covid caring for the sickest people I have ever encountered in my 30 plus year career. Instead of leading this country through this crisis he was more concerned about how this would impact his chances for reelection. He had already dismantled the pandemic response playbook and gotten rid of career professionals that would have been able to contain the spread of covid. He refused to heed the advice from the CDC and other agencies who he felt didn’t comply with their loyalty to him. As a result we lost over a million Americans. I saw family members in our unit at the same time. I held the hands of patients who were dying without the love and support of their family members. Hospitals all over this country had to bring freezer trucks because there wasn’t enough room to store their dead. Then came the January 6th insurrection all because he couldn’t admit that he was voted out. Now the supreme court has given him a pass. Evil spreads like wildfire. Now we are faced with the possibility of Project 2025. All the freedoms we have all taken for granted in our lifetime are at risk. I-find it ironic how one debate can over shadow what has been accomplished in this country over the last 4 years versus a pattern of blatant racism and bad behavior has become acceptable and normalized by millions. People need to wake up and not vote for someone who vows he will be a dictator. You think inflation is bad now, wait till he slaps tarrifs on imported goods. We will be the ones who end up paying more. While he vows to cut taxes for the rich, what do you think will happen to our pensions? He lied over 30 thousand times in his first term, now he is trying to distance himself from Project 2025 which I believe is just a campaign move. He breeds hate and divisiveness and his leadership is more punitive because fear of him feeds his narcissistic needs. A true dictator rather than a leader.

As for suggestions of what to do, it would be great if the Biden Administration would send out a sort of Cliff's Notes version of Project 2025, printed in a way to attract attention of voters receiving it through snail mail. Some of the people we know, don't stream or have cable and rarely watch the news, but they vote and they get mail. Ya I lost everything including my State job due to being disabled with back cage , 6 bolts, 2 bone inserts, I had 5 drs say approve me, the state fired me during an approved medical leave. Waited years to decades. Then cheated out of back pay being told u get ssi cuz your mental. If u appeal u could lose those benefits. The media didn't give a hoot. U can't win in the state your got a suit against, then add that your broke. Lost my farm, all my assets. Ect. Oh. People are turned down from housing for having a felony. I paid 49500 into fica and did not want to be disabled yet I was. Ended up homeless in Knoxville TN. A lot of people are denied housing due to having a felony. Now 45 thinks 34 is ok to represent our country. Hell no.

It’s starting to feel like all of us need to dissent to Trump publicly and get out on the streets. This lack of accountability is absolutely astounding when democrats will win the popular vote regardless.
Such a divided opinion in our country. Why don’t people see what is glaringly obvious? Someone who only cares about themselves and not the American people. I love this country that I am now a citizen of. The current president does care about the people, however his power is limited because of the house representatives who are hell bent on seeking ways to try and make him fail.
I was on the front lines working during covid caring for the sickest people I have ever encountered in my 30 plus year career. Instead of leading this country through this crisis he was more concerned about how this would impact his chances for reelection. He had already dismantled the pandemic response playbook and gotten rid of career professionals that would have been able to contain the spread of covid. He refused to heed the advice from the CDC and other agencies who he felt didn’t comply with their loyalty to him. As a result we lost over a million Americans. I saw family members in our unit at the same time. I held the hands of patients who were dying without the love and support of their family members. Hospitals all over this country had to bring freezer trucks because there wasn’t enough room to store their dead. Then came the January 6th insurrection all because he couldn’t admit that he was voted out. Now the supreme court has given him a pass. Evil spreads like wildfire. Now we are faced with the possibility of Project 2025. All the freedoms we have all taken for granted in our lifetime are at risk.
I-find it ironic how one debate can over shadow what has been accomplished in this country over the last 4 years versus a pattern of blatant racism and bad behavior has become acceptable and normalized by millions. People need to wake up and not vote for someone who vows he will be a dictator.
You think inflation is bad now, wait till he slaps tarrifs on imported goods. We will be the ones who end up paying more. While he vows to cut taxes for the rich, what do you think will happen to our pensions?

Non-profits are not allowed to support one canidate over another. Otherwise, their 502 c 3 tax exception status needs to be changed from non-profit to for-profit status. The same is true about churches. Project 25 is definitely a for- profit tax establishment.
