An AMAZING recipe!!! alfajorcitos ideal for a sweet table, they are easy and also DELICIOUS!!!
Ingredients
100 gr of lard or butter
100 grams of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Zest of half an orange
200 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of leavening powder
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
50 gr of cornstarch
For the filling
200 gr of dulce de leche or fruit jam
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
