Yes take it easy please, I’m 65 & actually disabled but I want to keep going and my back gets me if I stand in one place too long, and that’s just getting my coffee when I can make it downstairs! Sometimes coffee time comes a little later for me… I relax when I’m diamond painting & I’m excited with my mystery painting & I love the new perforated plastic on the DAC paintings cuts out all the release papers and the sectioning off, oh I have enough to still have the need for the tools to do so for a very long time yet…. But I will be inquiring about purchasing some of the perforated plastic and hopefully I can get a yes!! ❤
I am totally with you there Ms Linda, many times i do things i shouldnt and pay the consequences after. Those are my OH Deer moments lol. Yes we get the heat but very little humidity. I have to say I dont miss the humidity at all. Always in my prayers my dear friend and sister, enjoy your day diamond painting, always love visiting with you. Hello there Linda and Bella, We had a couple of really nice days here too and now it's back to being hot and humid. I'm right there with you with doing things and realizing later I shouldn't have! I do a lot of things sitting in a chair if possible because my back gets the best of me too. You take care of yourself. Now why would I yell at you if I do some of the same things.😏See you soon! 🙏🌟❣️

My daughter wants to go camping next month with all the kids. It’s so much work my mind says you can do it but my body says no you can’t. I told them they’re doing all the set up I’m not ever exhausting myself. I’ll end up taking muscle relaxers and sleeping instead. I wanted a condo and a pool to float in. But I’m greatful I’m going I’m just not over exerting myself.

But I'd rather tell you that right now I don't think it's good to lift your legs to get into the bathtub to take a shower... every movement of your hips will hurt you a lot! It's better to put something tight, elastic around your middle, around your waist, that will hold your back and warm it up.Preferably it should be from under the breasts to the hip, so that you keep as much of your spine as possible and the nerves and muscles that are connected to the rest of the body move as little as possible. Maybe you have an older blouse that tightens you and is elastic... Cut it and leave only the part that interests you... if it had buttons it would be even better! Before you can rub yourself with sanitary alcohol. If your whole body hurts, you can take an aspirin, maximum 2 in a day, so that your muscle fever will pass! May the Lord help you recover as soon as possible🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Did you know that you don't have to force...🤨 One more time: To yell at you?🤔🤨🙄I can not! I love you too much and I can't yell at you.
