Baked Pears with Honey and Pecans
    Ingredients
    3 Pears
    ⅓ Cup honey
    1 Tsp cinnamon
    1 Tsp vanilla extract
    ¼ Cup pecans roughly chopped
    Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut pears in half
2.Using a teaspoon core out the seeds. Cut a small sliver off the bottom so the pears remain straight when baking.
3.In a small bowl combine half the honey with half the cinnamon and half the vanilla
4.Place the pears, side up, in a baking dish. Drizzle the pears and take to the oven
    5.Bake for 15 minutes
6.While the pears are baking combine the remaining honey, cinnamon and vanilla with pecans. Pour over the pears and bake for 10 more minutes or until soft and slightly golden
Serve by themselves or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream :)

This video inspired me to begin crocheting again. I was recovering from Covid throughout January when I watched this video. Crochet has been a big part of my recovery. I thank God that many years ago my grandmothers taught me to crochet and embroider. These feminine homemaking skills are some of the delights of my life. Thank you so much for your beautiful videos. I am so very thankful for young women like you, who, as young adults, have such wisdom to live a simple, quiet life, following God and His Word. Thank you for sharing your inspirational works. God bless you in your future endeavors.

So peaceful and beautiful! When I was a kid, my mom made everything, shawl, mutton, sweater, by hand. When I had a cough, she steamed pear with honey and walnut. What a warm memory!

Thank you! So in the directions it tells you to repeat the same steps until you get to the size you want so i just kept going until i thought it was big enough.
