Incase you were wondering, we did not do a smash cake lol I know it's very popular to let the baby smash up a cake for their first birthday but have you seen Stella's hair?! I didn't want her birthday to end with screaming and crying while I tried to scrub tangled frosting out of her hair. She did eat some unfrosted cake and loved it.
